It is possible that the class was hidden by accident. To see if you have any hidden classes, and to unhide them:
Go to your Teacher Site
Click on the My Classes tab.
Click "Show All Classes" on the top right side. Any hidden classes will allow you to Show them by clicking on the three dots. Click Show.
If you still don’t find the class you are looking for please contact technical support and ask them to escalate your question to Tier 2 for further assistance.
Note: If you hide classes, they will not appear in your Gradebook, but students can still access the course from their dashboard
