Knowing Who Your Clever/ClassLink District Administrator Is and What They Are Needed For

If you need to perform the following actions in your Clever/ClassLink instance, please reach out to your Clever/ClassLink District Administrator. If you need to know who that person is, please contact your Success Specialist or our dedicated support team. The following actions need to be completed by your Clever/ClassLink District Administrator:
  • add students to your roster
  • remove students from your roster
  • change a student(s)name in your roster
  • change a Clever/ClassLink password for you or your student(s)
  • create a rostered class
  • remove a rostered class
  • change a rostered class
  • transfer a student to a new section
Note: 
  • If you removed a student from a section in Clever/ClassLink, they will not be removed from the cohort in EVERFI.
  • If a student is transferred between sections, grades will not be transferred and the student will not be removed.
