To create a custom playlist, please follow the steps below:
1) Log in to your Portal
2) On the left hand side, go to Content --> Playlists--> Create Playlist
3) Fill out the
Playlist Details
- Name: the title of your playlist
- Description: 2-3 sentences that will appear on the playlist page that will describe the content to your learner
- Tagline: short sentence that appears on playlist cards
- Note: To add translations for the Playlist Details:
- Click on the name of the language under Available Languages
- Fill in the translated strings
- Continue to do this for any available language
4)
Add Content from the dropdown. You can select more than one piece of content at once.
5) Select
+ Add Content
- The selected content appears below and can now be reordered by using the gripper dots icon on the left side of the card
- Use the trash can icon to remove any content from the playlist
6) Click
Update Selected Content to finalize the changes
7) Select
Images
- Playlist Image — Required, this is the icon that appears on the playlist card
- Social Media Image – Image used by social media sites as the preview image when posting links to this playlist
8) Click
Save and then confirm changes to finish your playlist creation
