2. Search for the course you want to add the resource to and click Configure on the card.
3. Find the module in which the resource is located. If you are not sure where the resource is located in the course, you can check the configuration guide for that course.
4. Expand the module and scroll down until you see the Resource page. Click the Add Resource button on the right hand side. If there are multiple resource options, select the appropriate resource type
5. Select the format that matches your resource: PDF, link, or rich text. Click Next.
6. Enter a name for the resource in the Resource Name field. Choose a name that will make sense to learners and other administrators as this name will appear in the course.
7. Attach the resource in the format of either a PDF, a URL, or rich text. If using rich text, check that the formatting looks right.
Best Practice Note: Before you upload and share your policies or resources with your workforce, please run your company's approved virus detection software on it to verify it is safe and free from malicious code.
8. If you have a version of this resource for other languages, follow the instructions outlined on the Add a Resource in Another Language page.
9. Once your resource looks good, click Next
10. On the following page, you’ll specify where you want the resource shown.
The resource will automatically be applied to the course you selected in the Content Library, but there is also the option to apply the resource to additional courses where applicable. To select multiple courses, check the box to the left of the course name.
Select the locations where you want the resource shown. The resource will show to all learners belonging to the selected locations.
11. Click Confirm.
12. Back in the configuration menu, you may need to add a Custom Title or Header to the policy page to ensure the page appears for learners.
